Dismissive, rude and abrasive

Very abrupt and made me feel I was wasting his time. The letter sent to the Drs was not written in a way the Dr could issue the recommended prescription and despite phoning 3 times, I've still not received a call back or a re-written letter. Two months later - I'm still not further forward.

I had three appointments with Dr Monk, during each one he was friendly, professional and decisive. He performed a minor procedure on a lesion my face, painless & quick. If you want a chatty consultant he may not be for you, if you want a experienced doctor who will deal with your issue, he’s your man!

He was so unhelpful. Seemed to be in such a hurry because his clinic was running late, that he didn't help with any of the skin problems I had. I had a rash, a wart that needed removing and a patch of problem skin behind my ear - he didn't help a bit with any of them. Very dismissive and didn't seem to care about me as an individual. Almost seemed on another planet. Certainly don't recommend

It is not his suggestions medically that I object to it is his manner and clear lack of care about you as a human being . The consultation lasted 5 minutes . I really suggest you look elsewhere . He asked the nurse for something but then said is she going through bupa I was sat next to him !!!!!!
